ARE WOMEN REALLY ENGAGING IN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES TODAY?

Are women engaging themselves in technologies today? Are women, just goal setters or they are both goal setters and goal getters.. women must be ready to accept challenges thereby leading to greater achievements by being focused, planning, and executing those plans to enable them win. 

       If we could trace back in 18s and and early 19s centuries, we could note that women are not in global technology activities. They were meant to be home owners, caring for their families and majority of women are not educated; which has led various activities such as women/girls trafficking, drugs trafficking also and many more we could account for. In some major parts of the western parts of Africa, women are enslave, giving to early marriages and child bearing causing harmful effects not only emotional, financial, educationally and otherwise. 

       If we can rise and speak, we can definitely be heard, and stop gender inequality and insecurity in the female aspect. We could tell that, most companies, organisations are held by the men gender. We can put a stop to that, by stepping out and solve and the puzzles before us. Creating for ourselves skills, empowering ourselves and creating innovations, creating awareness amongst the women. Putting efforts, creating ideas, and putting those ideas into actions by planning with not just yourself but those women around you. 

        According to recent research I made, women, by the UN Women, the percentage of the women in the workforce of the 10 largest global tech companies; yet only 1 in 4 of their leaders is a woman. 

Here comes the questions: ARE WOMEN REALLY ENGAGING IN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES TODAY?

ARE WOMEN JUST GO SETTERS?

Are Women Goal Setters or Goal Getters.?

Engage with your various opinions on women in financial technology in the 21st century. Are women just goal setters or they actually set and achieve their goals at the end?

In my opinion, women are not just goal setters but goal getters. They don’t actually base on ideas they explore with these ideas, creating and exhibiting these ideas into innovations, and into financial technologies. Most women are CEOs of companies and organizations because they focused their mindset in fulfilling their ambitions of succeeding amongst men in the technology field.

These women not only have their time in just technology innovation, finance, but in empowerment such as skill acquisitions, indulging in entrepreneurship. Women not only create opportunities for themselves but creates connections with the notion of getting an achievement and these have increased the involvement of women in today’s Economic Empowerment.

Women are not just goal setters but goal getters, and these should be a motion for other women who are thinking technology are meant for just men.

And here comes the big question,

Are Women really engaging in these Financial Technology?

As a goal setter or a goal getter or both!?
